Payment Conditions
- By T/T : Advance payment with certain percentage agreed by both side
- Balance payment after shipment within certain days agreed by both side
- By D/P : Advance payment with certain percentage agreed by both side
- By L/C : Irrevocable

Shipment Method & Delevery Time
- By Air(including special courior service) : max 10 to 15 days after confirmation of order
- By LCL(less than container loading) : max 30 days after confirmation of order
- By FCL ( full container loading: 20F, 40F, 40HQ ) : max 35 days after confirmation of order
Fulfilment Rate (Supplying Rate)
- On average 90%(+/-) 5% from total confirmed order amount
Shipment Method & Delevery Time
- Any claims can be filed with proper reasons and evidences.
